Continuum pump Settima Mecchanica

van Dinther, radial piston pump
van Dinther radial piston pump selves priming, high pressure caste iron radial piston pump. Displacement from 0.28 cc/rev to ~20cc/rev, pressure according to the piston diameter up to 700 bar. Dual and multiple flow or combinations with external and internal radial piston pumps available. More information's, flow and power calculation see below ink.

Cross-manufacturer combinations of pumps
We combine both our internal gear pumps and external gear pumps with the van Dinther radial piston pumps or Marzocchi gear pumps with Eckerle internal gear pumps.

Motor pump units
We are happy to combine any of our pumps with an electric motor. From individual pieces to series delivery. Synchronous motors, asynchronous motors or direct current motors are used. Units with integrated frequency converters can also be supplied.

MiniPU
MiniPU our compact solution for all simple hydraulic systems with single or double-acting cylinders, such as compacted waste containers or lifting tables. By mounting the block, which consists of a drawn profile, directly on the pump, no assembly effort is required. The connection for pressure transducers in P, A or B is provided. A differential connection is possible. The return filter takes care of the filtration. Using our three-way valve, which is specially tailored to the decompression volume of the cylinders, decompression can be carried out without an additional decompression valve. This turns the pump with the control block into a complete and compact hydraulic unit for your machine. In our comprehensive pump program we will always find the right pump for your application.

van Dinther RKP powerpack
van Dinther RKP aggregate, We manufacture compact units for you based on our radial piston pumps. Tanks 3 to 70 l volume, horizontal or vertical design, our RKP single-flow up to 700 bar, Low pressure high pressure circuit in conjunction with integrated gear pumps. External motors suitable for continuous operation with bellhousing or direct drive. CETOP connection plates for seat valves or our newly developed 4/3-way high-pressure valve.

van Dinther high pressure 4/3 way valve for 700 bar
van Dinther high pressure 4/3 three-way valve up to 700 bar. From the well-known concept of the manually switchable slide valve, we have developed an electrically controllable version, easy to control with 24V, with integrated microelectronics. In contrast to the common design of the 700 bar seat valve, in which 4 small seat valves are controlled via a lever mechanism, there is only one moving part in the hydraulic part of our valve. The opposing compensation elements are designed to be pressure-tight. This allows us to achieve the range of functions of a seat valve. In order to stay within the usual installation space, a coating was found during the development process that significantly reduces the friction in the valve. The valve is controlled by a motor that would otherwise move your seat in a car. This mass-produced part, like all other valve components, has withstood millions of load changes at nominal pressure on our test bench. The valve is latching and remains in the position it is in if there is a power failure. The worm gear of the valve drive is self-locking, meaning that no valve movement can occur. This means that a hydraulic load would be maintained even if the power fails. The electronic valve control developed in-house works with absolute values and knows its position even after a power failure. However, if you require a valve reset in your application, such as with a spring-centering valve, we can simulate this using an additional electronic device. In the event of a power failure, the valve then moves to the middle position. Depending on the choice of electrical components, the valve can be controlled either in a latching manner or electronically spring-centered. Position monitoring of the switching position is possible.
