Our production combines conventional and modern CNC turning technologies, enabling the cost-effective manufacturing of complex workpieces with the highest precision. For series and mass-produced parts, we utilize bar machining, driven tools, multi-shift operation, and automated manufacturing processes. We machine workpieces with diameters exceeding 200 mm and component lengths up to 1,000 mm. Using high-performance mill-turn centers, including machines from the DMG MORI CTX TC 550 and 450 series, we perform complete 6-sided machining in a single setup. The main and counter spindles, along with the integrated B-axis, reduce cycle times, increase process reliability, and ensure maximum precision, even with complex geometries. To further increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness, we continuously invest in automation and Industry 4.0 solutions. Our Robo2Go systems flexibly automate the production of small and medium batch sizes. They enable rapid setup times of under five minutes, flexible switching between different workpiece types, automated workpiece handling, and the use of intelligent 3D camera recognition. With payload capacities of up to 35 kg, they offer maximum flexibility and process stability.
