The KK steel-based module is an integrated single-axis precision slide unit that combines a U-shaped linear guide and a ball screw into a single assembly, with the slide block serving as both the slide and the screw nut.
Its highly compact design significantly reduces the installation space required for equipment, and assembly does not require separate adjustment of the coaxiality between the guide and the screw, enabling rapid installation.
Featuring a dual-row Gothic groove design with four-way equal load distribution, it offers strong resistance to radial forces and overturning moments. The body has been optimised using finite element analysis, ensuring excellent rigidity,
with repeatability accuracy ranging from ±0.005 to ±0.01 mm, and delivering smooth, low-noise motion. It features an integrated dust-proof scraper protection mechanism and supports centralised lubrication, ensuring convenient maintenance;
it is compatible with servo and stepper motors, supporting various motor mounting configurations including direct connection and angled mounting. It can be used as a single axis or to build XY or XYZ multi-axis gantry configurations, with specifications covering small to medium-load applications and supporting a variety of mounting orientations including upright, side-mounted and inverted.
