CRK’s CMGW and CMGN micro-guide rails utilise a compact four-point contact recirculating ball bearing design,
with slim, compact sliders that offer the structural advantages of light weight and minimal space requirements. The raceways are precision-machined with high accuracy
finish,
ensuring smooth and stable motion; preload can be applied as an option to eliminate backlash, resulting in excellent positioning accuracy. The steel undergoes stabilisation heat treatment, ensuring high dimensional consistency and good interchangeability.
The product series comprises two specifications: the wide-profile CMGW and the narrow-profile CMGN, to suit different installation layouts.

Application Areas:
Suitable for light-load precision motion applications such as precision testing equipment, small semiconductor modules, 3C micro-machining jigs, optical platforms, small robots and automated medical devices; it is the preferred choice for micro-precision equipment.
