Ottemeier is a highly sought-after specialist for the fast and reliable production of individual parts and small batches, offering contract machining of tooling, fixtures, and machine components in the areas of milling and wire EDM.

If in-house production is not an option, we offer our customers a compelling solution. We mill, measure, and erode from the initial planning stages to the finished component. Economical, precise, and flawless. Our range of milling machines extends from universal milling machines and machining centers to a 5-axis gantry milling center with a table load capacity of 30 tons. For contract EDM, Ottemeier utilizes state-of-the-art CNC wire EDM centers that guarantee high-precision machining of components, even large workpieces up to 800 mm in height. With a 3-coordinate measuring machine, large parts weighing up to 25 tons can be measured with an accuracy of only 5 µm + L/300 mm.
