TBH Filter and extraction systems at FMB 2026

TBH will be showcasing filter and extraction solutions for mechanical engineering and automated manufacturing at FMB 2026.

When machines, laser systems or automated production lines release particles, fumes, dusts or gases, suitable filtration and extraction technology becomes an important part of system planning. At FMB 2026 in Bad Salzuflen, TBH will present solutions for clean process air, reliable source capture and integration into industrial production environments.

Straubenhardt, 1 July 2026 – In mechanical engineering, emissions often occur precisely where processes need to run with precision, automation and productivity: during laser marking, laser engraving, laser welding, soldering, bonding, plastics processing or the handling of dry dusts. For operators and system builders, this raises the practical question of how hazardous particles and vapours can be reliably captured without unnecessarily interfering with the production process.

TBH GmbH will present modular filtration and extraction systems for industrial applications at FMB – The Supplier Show for Mechanical Engineering, taking place from 3 to 5 November 2026 in Bad Salzuflen. Visitors will find TBH at stand 20-526.

The key factor is to capture emissions as close as possible to their point of origin before they can spread inside the machine, work area or the production environment. This applies to conventional welding workstations as well as automated laser welding cells, laser marking systems, or soldering stations.

In many production environments, exhausting air to the outside is either not possible or involves considerable effort. In such cases, recirculating air operation becomes a focus. For welding fumes containing carcinogenic components, specific requirements apply: for recirculated air, appropriately tested and certified welding fume extraction systems with W3 marking are required.

At the stand, TBH will answer questions relating to emissions, source capture, filter configuration and machine integration, among other topics.
