FP200-Series
The FP 200 series from TBH is designed for industrial dust extraction and is particularly suitable for extracting large quantities of dry dust. Thanks to patented, contamination-free filter changes and automatic filter cleaning using compressed air pulses, the systems achieve a significantly longer service life compared to saturation filter systems. The FP 200 series offers a flexible filter and motor selection, a removable dust collection container, and permanent monitoring of the system status. Activated carbon granules and molecular sieves for the adsorption of gaseous pollutants can be optionally integrated, allowing the system to be individually adapted to various applications.

BF-Series
The BF series from TBH offers compact and versatile extraction systems as an ideal entry-level solution at an attractive price. The modular, expandable basic models are available with various motor concepts and filter configurations and can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. Thanks to energy-saving and low-noise technology, the systems are also suitable for noise-sensitive work environments. The control electronics enable autonomous operation with intuitive controls and simple operation. For maximum safety in occupational health and safety, selected models are certified according to DIN EN ISO 21904-1/-2 and bear the W3 and DGUV seals. Optional activated carbon granules ensure high adsorption power for gaseous pollutants. The BF series stands for reliable protection of people, the environment, and machines – compact, efficient, and individually expandable.

GL-Series
The GL series from TBH ("Green Line") offers particularly quiet and energy-efficient extraction systems for sensitive areas such as laboratories and medical practices. With up to 65% lower energy consumption and quiet operation (approx. 55 dB(A)), they ensure pleasant working conditions. The systems are certified according to DIN EN ISO 21904-1/-2 (W3) and offer the highest level of safety. Thanks to their modular design and optional activated carbon granules, they can be flexibly adapted and also adsorb gaseous pollutants. The GL series stands for environmentally friendly, safe, and versatile operation.

LN200-Series
The LN 200 series from TBH is designed for decentralized extraction over long distances and is ideal for soldering work or laser processing. Thanks to powerful, electronically commutated motors, the systems offer full performance with reduced energy consumption. The modular system can be flexibly expanded and equipped with a wide range of accessories. The LN 200 series is IFA-tested according to DIN EN ISO 21904-1/-2 (W3) and meets the requirements of TRGS 528 for the safe extraction of gases and vapors.

TFS-Series
The TFS series from TBH is specially designed for the safe extraction of laser fumes and smoke particles and complies with DIN EN ISO 21904-1/-2. Awarded the W3 seal, it offers low-contamination dust disposal and can be individually configured with an extraction arm and spark extinguisher. A multi-stage filter system with SafeLine and H14 particle filters ensures maximum filtration efficiency, while optional activated carbon granules adsorb gaseous contaminants. The TFS series enables continuous system monitoring.

Precotech300
The Precotech 300 from TBH is a fully automatic precoating system for filter cartridges that applies an additional protective layer of filter aid to the filter cartridge. This process ensures consistently high extraction quality, extends the service life of the filter cartridges, and significantly reduces maintenance and operating costs. The Precotech 300 can be flexibly integrated into automated processes and is particularly suitable for applications involving fine or sticky dust.

DT-Series
The DT series from TBH was specially developed for use in laboratories and workshops and is ideal for painting, bonding, and transferring and cleaning work. The height-adjustable extraction cabinet with an adjustable protective screen allows for individual adaptation to the workplace and ensures low-contamination dust disposal. The system is ATEX-compliant for Zone 22/2 and can be flexibly equipped with various filters, molecular sieves, and optional activated carbon granules. A differential pressure indicator facilitates filter monitoring and ensures consistently high extraction performance.

LN600-Series
The LN 600 series from TBH combines a powerful turbine with a very large filter area and is ideal for centralized multi-station extraction systems, particularly for soldering work, laser processing, and sticky and moist dust. H14 particle filters remove 99.995% of ultrafine particles according to DIN EN 1822, while optional activated carbon granules adsorb gaseous pollutants. The systems enable low-contamination dust disposal, are flexibly expandable, and offer reliable extraction performance even over longer distances.

CR-Series
The CR series from TBH is specially designed for highly sensitive manufacturing environments such as cleanrooms and clean areas. Thanks to contamination-free filter changes up to ISO Class 5 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1), the systems meet the highest requirements for air purity and safety. The low-noise, energy-saving fan enables use in noise-sensitive areas, while the stainless steel housing supports easy cleaning. The CR series offers low-contamination dust disposal, an optional molecular sieve for gaseous contaminants, and continuous system monitoring. For additional safety, activated carbon granules can be used to adsorb gases.

GL Desk-Series
The GL Desk series from TBH is a compact, environmentally friendly extraction solution ideally suited as a substructure for compact lasers with a maximum footprint of 700 x 700 mm. The energy-saving and low-noise fan enables up to 65% lower energy consumption compared to conventional technology. The system ensures low-contamination dust disposal, can be equipped with molecular sieves and optional activated carbon granules for adsorbing gaseous pollutants, and offers permanent monitoring of the system status.

FP150-Series
The FP 150 series from TBH is a powerful cartridge filter extraction system specifically designed for extracting large quantities of dry metal or ceramic dust. The self-cleaning, antistatic filter cartridge is effectively freed of dust by compressed air pulses, significantly increasing filter service life and enabling low-contamination dust disposal. Molecular sieves for gaseous pollutants and activated carbon granules for adsorption can be optionally used. The system offers continuous monitoring of the system status and allows for flexible air recirculation or exhaust air ducting.

FP150 ATEX
The FP 150 ATEX series from TBH is a modular and flexible cartridge filter system specially developed for the safe extraction of large quantities of dry, combustible dust with a minimum ignition energy of over 3 mJ. Thanks to an antistatic filter cartridge and automatic cleaning control via compressed air bursts, the filter service life is significantly increased and low-contamination dust disposal is ensured. Activated carbon filters and molecular sieves for the adsorption of gaseous pollutants can be optionally integrated. The system complies with the ATEX directive (EX II 2/- Dc IIIC T100°C), offers permanent monitoring of the system status, and allows for flexible air recirculation or exhaust air ducting.

FP200 ATEX
The FP 200 ATEX series from TBH is specially designed for the safe extraction of highly flammable or explosive dusts and is certified for Zone 21 according to the ATEX directive (EX II 2/- DC IIIC T100°C). The self-cleaning, antistatic filter cartridge is effectively freed of dust by compressed air pulses, significantly increasing service life and enabling low-contamination dust disposal. Disposal is particularly easy thanks to the removable dust collection container. Activated carbon granules and molecular sieves for the adsorption of gaseous pollutants can be optionally integrated. The FP 200 ATEX series offers various motor concepts, permanent system monitoring, and flexible air recirculation or exhaust air ducting, making it individually adaptable for demanding industrial applications.

FPV100
The filter cartridge pre-separator is suitable for large quantities of dry dust, which can be removed manually from the integrated filter cartridge.

FPV202
The filter cartridge pre-separator significantly extends the service life of a connected filter and extraction system of the LN, GL, TFS series due to its integrated, self-cleaning filter cartridge.

OEN-Series
The OEN series from TBH is specifically designed for extracting and filtering oil and emulsion mist, such as that generated in metalworking processes or industrial baths. The systems reliably remove hazardous particles from the air; a molecular sieve additionally filters out gaseous substances, while the H13 filter enables safe air recirculation. Filter replacement is easily performed from the top or front. The OEN series offers models for different volumes and particle fractions, permanent system monitoring, and external control via a Sub-D 25 interface.
