Heidrive servomotors with integrated electronics

Compact, intelligent, and powerful: The servomotors of the HeiTronX platform were primarily developed for use in decentralized multi-axis applications. They are particularly well-suited for automation and robotics, where numerous drives need to be integrated into a confined space.

To meet diverse requirements regarding installation space, cost, and environmental conditions, Heidrive offers three series: SUPERIOR (HTS), BASIC (HTB), and ECONOMY (HTE). In all variants, the electronics and encoder are integrated directly into the motor. This significantly reduces space requirements, wiring effort, and the need for additional control cabinet components.

The BASIC line is available in flange sizes of 40 x 40 mm, 60 x 60 mm, and 80 x 80 mm. The HTE and HTS series are available in sizes of 60 x 60 mm and 80 x 80 mm.

The decentralized drives combine the motor and electronics in a single unit, enabling precise, dynamic, and energy-efficient motion sequences. They also feature low cogging torque and optimized temperature management.

Thanks to their compact design, the motors can be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of automation solutions. Typical applications include handling and positioning tasks in robotics, automation technology, and automotive production facilities. The 24/48-volt system offers an economical solution for decentralized drive concepts.

Visual status indication via 360° LED light strip

The HTB and HTS series feature a 360° LED light strip for visual status indication. Different colors signal various operating states and allow for quick identification of the drive from any angle. This significantly simplifies service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
