Zerspanungsmechaniker m/w/d - Dreher

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) as a CNC Machinist at ERFA Maschinenbau GmbH in Elchingen, Bavaria.

Experience working on DMG CNC lathes for machining a wide variety of steels is essential.

Program creation on the machine using Heidenhain Mill plus, as well as tool preparation, are part of the daily routine.

Furthermore, experience with conventional lathes is desirable but not required.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Independent and efficient operation of CNC lathes according to the specifications of our ERP system for machining a wide variety of steels (plus non-ferrous metals/aluminum)
CNC program creation
Tool preparation
Measuring components on the machine
Machine maintenance

Required Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a CNC Machinist
Knowledge of manufacturing technology and turning and measuring processes
Effective communication skills for teamwork
