Our machinery allows us to produce a wide range of components and combines the highest precision, where required, with maximum flexibility and a high degree of efficiency. We undertake contract manufacturing for our customers according to their drawings.
Our ERP-supported parts and material management and order processing, as well as efficient company organization, ensure fast and reliable order processing. And of course, we also offer a wider range of services related to the production of high-quality machine components. We not only provide you with individual manufacturing technologies, but as a system supplier, we organize the entire process chain for you.
Our production begins with the timely procurement of all materials, which you usually specify in detail. In our manufacturing process, we utilize modern, CAM-supported technologies to produce components precisely and cost-effectively through turning, milling, and grinding. We also collaborate with reliable partners for various surface finishes and hardening processes to achieve the desired material properties.
Upon request, we can also handle the final assembly of entire modules. For this purpose, we have established a dedicated assembly area, physically separated from the machining areas to ensure the required cleanliness standards. We are happy to complement our services with comprehensive technical consulting, particularly for the development of complex components prior to placing an order. We support our customers with our experience and work with them to determine the optimal feasibility of designs and prototypes. We coordinate all the steps required for the complete production of your product – either in-house or with partners who support us with their own technologies.
