Production Operator CNC Press Brakes (m/f/d)

We are looking for production operators for our CNC press brakes in Oyten, Germany, full-time in a three-shift system. You set up the machines, start production and check the quality of the parts. Our machines are highly automated and pre-programmed. In our own 247TailorSteel Academy, you learn the trade from experienced trainers.

247TailorSteel supplies custom laser-cut and bent sheet metal and tubes. Thousands of customers order their parts online on our Sophia® platform. The 247TailorSteel group employs more than 800 people.

Your tasks
You set up our CNC press brakes and adjust them precisely. You start the pre-programmed machines and keep production running smoothly. You work from technical drawings, monitor the processes and carry out regular quality checks. You handle maintenance and follow our safety standards. When needed, you also support other areas of production, such as the grinding machines.

What you bring
You are willing to work in a three-shift system and speak and write German very well. You take initiative, see what needs doing and enjoy learning new things. You like working in a team, communicate openly and contribute ideas to make processes more efficient together.
