Your tasks
Assumption of technical and disciplinary leadership of the engineering team | Responsible for key figures of quality, costs and deadlines of the projects | Reporting of the project status to the responsible group leader | Constructive processing of customer-specific drive systems and development projects | Generation of 3D models as well as preparation of 2D drawings and parts lists | Knowledge of calculation and dimensioning of components | Coordination and support in technical questions with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues of all departments | Active participation in order processing
Consistent further development with regard to process optimisation, standardisation/simplification and modularisation of the design | Ensuring compliance with norms, regulations, quality standards | Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the employees in the area of responsibility
Your profile
Technical college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related training | Several years of design experience, preferably in the field of drive technology | Experience in motivating and supporting a team desirable | Enjoyment of personnel management | Structured and flexible working style | Sense of responsibility, communication skills and ability to work under pressure | Good command of written and spoken English | Good knowledge of MS Office and design software (CAD, preferably Siemens NX) as well as SAP | High level of technical understanding and distinctive independent working style

Design Engineer Harmonic Drive Gears for Aviation & Space (m/f/d)
As a designer of harmonic drive gears for Aviation & Space, you are responsible for the design, construction and layout of customer-specific gear units for aerospace. In doing so, you will work together with the customer, the sales department and the development department in compliance with standards typical for the industry. The specification of purchased parts and coordination of the scope of delivery with the supplier as a basis for material procurement is also part of your area of responsibility.
Technical Product Designer / Technical Draftsman (m/f/d)
In your position as technical product designer / technical draughtsman (m/f/d) you will support the constructive processing of customer-specific drive systems and development projects. The generation of 3D models and 2D drawings are part of your area of responsibility.
