AI Engineer (m/f/d) – AI Process Automation

For our AI Center NRW in Bad Oeynhausen, we are looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) to develop and implement practical AI solutions for small and medium-sized companies together with us.

We are not interested in AI gimmicks. We focus on real processes: intelligently processing emails and documents, checking information, connecting existing systems such as ERP or CRM, and automating repetitive work.

Your tasks:

Develop and implement AI-powered workflows
Connect existing business systems and data sources
Build prototypes and practical AI solutions
Technically evaluate and further develop new use cases
Work closely with our team and our customers
