About us
MBH- quality welds together
Since the founding in 1977, the company MBH Maschinenbau & Blechtechnik GMBH has developed from a small beginning to what it is today- an approved system supplier for different branches of industries. About 220 employees are working on the success story of the supplier to industry, which is located in Ibbenbüren- Uffeln. The core competences can be found in the professional sheet metal forming and in the area of manufacturing exigent welded constructions. MBH does regularly invest in its modern machinery.
The production range is set from customization work up to system components, which are ready for installation and also complete machinery, including constructive development performance.
Furthermore, there are branch specific production facilities as e.g. the container construction for the food processing industry. MBH produces exigent devices from chromium- nickel steel and aluminum. These products are manufactured in a separate stainless steel department.
Since MBH was founded, it was always cared for education and training. With its own training, MBH is facing demographic change and the emerging shortage of skilled workers.
Even outside of the day-to-day business as a supplier company, MBH is exemplary in its responsibility for the region and society. In this context, MBH organized successful charity running events for the benefit of the German Children's Cancer Aid and supports the German Child Protection Association.

stainless steel assemblies
MBH has a large, separate production hall for the perfect processing of chrome-nickel steel and other non-ferrous metals. So that we can guarantee a strict black and white separation. Over there we produce everything in the purest, maximum quality- from strong to minimal material thicknesses. As a TÜV (Technical Supervisory Association) certified manufacturer of pressure vessels according to AD 2000, we develop and produce tailor-made solutions. Whether in the food, pharmaceutical or mineral oil industry – you can expect finely processed sheet metal assemblies, (pressure) containers and welded stainless steel constructions.
container construction
We are particularly qualified and certified in container construction. With high-tech equipment such as our plasma tap hole welding systems, we achieve top quality that is as economical as it is long-lasting. The same applies to mixing and stirring vessels as well as tanks in many sizes. All processes are monitored by welding engineers and precisely documented by our own QA teams.

Complex chassis? Complicated frame? Come on with your challenge! Our locksmiths and welding teams are waiting for that. Because the good reputation of MBH is based on the quality of workmanship. Furthermore, we work hard to achieve this day after day with dedication. All employees here take exams and are constantly being further qualified, all processes are certified and precisely documented by our own QA teams.

Every beginning is sheet metal technology when it comes to efficiently manufactured welded assemblies. Whether punching or edging, lasering or rounding – the high-tech machine park from MBH together with highly specialized teams is at its best with our core competence. Because welding assemblies and sheet metal processing have been in our blood – since the company was founded in 1977. State-of-the-art laser cutting systems, CNC press brakes, edging robots and much more ensure high efficiency
Automation technology
Constant investments in our machine park guarantee our customers and us a competitive advantage. Our modern systems for automated welding are unbeatable, especially for medium and large series. We are experts when it comes to complex chassis and component construction as well as frame constructions of all kinds.
Laser Welding
Precise welding with precise energy input, high welding speed for every seam geometry and minimal material distortion due to lower heat input. The advantages of laser welding are obvious. But with the new MBH fiber laser, we are adding another highlight. Deep laser welding and heat conduction welding are possible in one process.
