Design & project execution
Design & project execution From the idea to delivery: Creating and implementing innovation Our creative design engineers and product designers work with you to develop and design the perfect solution using modern CAD and simulation software. We use this to generate your specific models, technical drawings and parts lists. We work with you closely to implement your projects and to coordinate the production, procurement of purchased parts and on-time completion. A selection of qualified partners supports us whenever needed. Our project managers and production planners are your direct contacts. We work together to support you throughout the entire realisation process. If necessary, we will be happy to provide you with qualified technical documentation.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing Modern and universal – manufacturing expertise for the highest standards Precise machining of a wide variety of materials and dimensions is one of our key strengths. For machining, we have a universal CNC machine park with high-performance lathes, milling machines and large-scale processing machines. Our specialists program and manufacture your components independently or use our 3D programming system with CAD/CAM interface. By selecting innovative and suitable manufacturing processes, we ensure cost-effective production with the highest and most consistent quality. We use the right heat and surface treatment aligned with your requirements. The sustainable use of production materials and raw materials is very important to us. Our specialists will also provide you with skilled support if you need repairs or spare parts at short notice.
Welding
The welding of structures and complex components with a unit weight of up to approx. 10,000 kg made of structural steels, alloyed and high-alloy steels, stainless steels or aluminium is one of our core strengths. With the common MIG, MAG, TIG welding techniques and manual electrode welding, we also ‘join’ demanding tasks. Our team consists exclusively of certified welders according to ISO 9606-1. The company is qualified for various welding processes according to DIN EN ISO 15614-1. We specialise in the manufacturing of pressure equipment in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive, including acceptance and compliant documentation by our own employees.
Assembly
Assembly Assemblies, machines and systems at home and abroad! We use qualified specialists to assemble your components or complete systems including mechanics, pneumatics and fluid technology. We implement the electrical installation, programming and commissioning at our own company and at our customers’ premises around the world. Our assembly area spans 1,500 m² and our crane systems can move up to 16,000 kg and more. Our specialists will be happy to perform conversions, repairs as well as maintenance & service on your premises.

Custom machinery and plant engineering According to your requirement specifications, specifications or design documents Do you have an innovative idea or an existing design? We are your reliable partner for the implementation of your tasks. We develop concepts together with you and find the right solution. If you wish, this can also be done with pneumatic, hydraulic or electric control and programming. Optimal in energy efficiency and economy. With our production and our premises, we offer you suitable conditions for manufacturing, installation and commissioning under production conditions. With worldwide delivery, you receive the complete documentation according to EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the CE marking in the national language, if required.
