Our experience includes RDF, plastic-containing industrial residues, MDF, laminated wood, glues and coatings, pharmaceutical residues, animal by-products, aquaculture waste and agricultural residues.

Every fuel behaves differently. We engineer the combustion chamber, fuel handling, air staging, flue-gas recirculation, additives and emission-control system according to the analysed waste stream and required heat output.

* Complete boiler-house systems
A complete solution can include fuel storage, conveyors, feeders, water-cooled moving-grate burners, combustion reactors, vertical heat exchangers, ash removal, sorbent dosing, bag filters, multicyclones, chimneys, automation and continuous emission monitoring.

* High efficiency and lower maintenance
Our boiler systems achieve efficiencies of up to 94%. Automatic hydraulic tube cleaning keeps heat-transfer surfaces clean during operation, reducing shutdowns and manual maintenance. Water-cooled combustion chambers and grates provide stable operation and extended equipment lifetime.

* Turnkey delivery and subcontracting
Bio Mobitek supplies complete turnkey plants, modular boiler houses and individual components for subcontracting. Engineering, steel processing, certified welding, surface treatment, assembly, installation and commissioning are managed within one manufacturing system.

Our production is certified according to EN 1090 EXC 3, EN ISO 3834-2 and the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. We have delivered 116 boiler projects across Scandinavia and Central and Eastern Europe.
