Vacuum casting is particularly suitable for producing high-quality plastic components in low volumes. Using a master model and a silicone mold, detailed parts with excellent surface quality can be manufactured – ideal for prototypes, pre-series production, functional parts and design models.
assemblean supports you throughout the entire process – from selecting suitable materials and manufacturing partners to producing the mold and the final cast components. Depending on your requirements, different polyurethanes can be used to achieve properties such as hardness, flexibility, transparency or temperature resistance.
Additional steps such as deburring, painting, coloring, surface finishing or quality inspection can also be integrated. This allows you to obtain ready-to-use components quickly and flexibly without having to invest directly in expensive series-production tooling.
