At FACTUREE you get your parts with almost every surface treatment from one source. Many shops in our network carry out the treatment on site, directly after CNC machining. For less common processes we work with specialised electroplating shops. Selection: anodising, galvanising, nickel plating, chromating, passivating, black oxide, blasting, hardening and other heat treatments.

Sourcing of custom parts
Upload your drawing, get a quote mostly on the same day. From batch size 1 to series, with one contract partner.
CNC turning
Turned parts from 0.5 to 2,500 mm long and up to 1,000 mm diameter. Precision turned parts with tolerances to ±0.01 mm.
CNC milling
3-axis to 5-axis simultaneous, parts up to 7,500 x 3,000 x 2,200 mm, wall thickness from 0.2 mm, from 1 piece.
Sheet metal fabrication
Laser, waterjet and plasma cutting, bending, deep drawing, punching. Sheet metal in hundreds of materials.
3D printing
All common processes such as FDM, SLS, SLA, SLM and MJF. Plastics, resins and metals, including surface finishing.
Casting: die casting, vacuum casting and more
Cast parts in metal and plastic, from die casting to vacuum casting. Quote usually on the same day.
Injection moulding
Plastic injection moulding, insert moulding, overmoulding and rapid injection moulding for prototypes and small series.
Logistics and on-site customs clearance
AEO certified, imports and exports handled in-house in Berlin. Around 36 hours saved through on-site customs clearance.
