When orders change, information has to be searched for first, or workflows are maintained in duplicate, digital processes end up taking more time than they save. We take a close look at where work becomes unnecessarily complicated in everyday operations: in coordination between sales, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and administration; during manual handoffs; or with systems that aren’t being used to their full potential.

From there, we develop practical improvements that fit within existing structures. Digital processes must make work easier, speed up decision-making, and actually work in day-to-day operations.
