Ordering by Email

Place and reorder parts by email – straight from your inbox, ERP system, or your own template, with no extra steps.

To place an order for an offer you've already calculated, you no longer have to use the Laserhub platform: simply send your order by email to service@laserhub.com – directly from your inbox, automatically from your ERP system, or using your own template as a PDF. No additional registration is required. So we can process your order without follow-up questions, the email should include the Laserhub offer number (AN-), L-numbers and quantities, unit and total price, the desired delivery date, billing and shipping address, and your contact details – either as text in the email or as a PDF attachment (not a link). Once all the information is complete, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation. Reorders work the same way: just provide your order confirmation number (AB-), and only the quantity and delivery time can be adjusted. Of course, ordering through the platform remains available as well – you decide, case by case, which way best fits your process.
