Training to become a precision mechanic (M/F/X)
TASKS
You manufacture precision drive elements based on drawings and work plans
You work in our precision parts production on various machining machines, which you assemble independently and with your team colleagues
You operate sawing, milling, centering, turning, broaching, shaping and grinding machines, among others
You equip the machines with the tools suitable for the workpiece
You set the production programs on NC and CNC machines
You check the manufactured parts to ensure that they comply with the specified dimensions
Your responsibilities include cleaning the machines and keeping the workplace clean
You work in a team
You learn to read drawings and evaluate 3D models
To ensure that you are optimally prepared for the exam, you take part in around 10 courses
