To strengthen our team, we are now seeking a permanent, full-time Marketing Technology Coordinator (f/m/d) at our Munich location.

We offer you a varied role in the trade fair and event industry. From the very beginning, you will be a key link to our event teams, supporting them in the implementation and optimization of information technology. We work innovatively and with great commitment, making a decisive contribution to the success of our events – let's visit the future together!

Your tasks:

You are responsible for visitor registration – both online and on-site – including the creation of all necessary components such as event setup, questionnaires, shop, badges, and the event app.
Ensuring smooth system operation during the event.
Support of the lead capture and lead management systems, as well as the associated apps, at Easyfairs trade fairs in the DACH region and Italy.
Setting up, monitoring, and coordinating all relevant systems and processes.
Organizing and ordering the necessary hardware for the lead systems.
Setting up the rebooking app to support the sales team.
Processing support requests from colleagues and exhibitors regarding MyEasyfairs, visitor registration, lead systems, and the trade fair app.
Managing survey tools and reporting key metrics.
Training and advising employees on how to use internal programs.
On-site at trade fairs from Monday to Friday.
