Flammensperre FS1200
As part of the research project "Fire and Explosion Protection on Machine Tools," we developed the FS 1200 flame arrestor, which is now patented, certified, and commercially available. In the event of a fire in machine tools that use oil as a coolant, it prevents flames from propagating into the central extraction system. The flame arrestor is installed between the machine tool and the extraction system. It allows the extracted air to pass through unimpeded but reliably contains any flame or deflagration. No electronics or sensors are required, as no connection to the machine control system or electrical connection is necessary. RAM 16 Rotary assembly machine
The RAM rotary assembly machine is designed for automated assembly and inspection processes that require high precision along with smooth motions & fast cycle times. It is built around a modular design that allows the placement of different work modules in any of the 16 dial plate stations according to the project requirements. RAM provides accurate rotary indexing of each workstation for pick & place, pressing and inspection control processes. SANCTUARY Insight: System BOM Generation for Mechanical & Plant Engineering
SANCTUARY Insight is a platform for OT asset inventory and cybersecurity management, designed to provide comprehensive transparency and control across the entire lifecycle of industrial systems. Modern production facilities and machinery integrate a wide range of heterogeneous components. Each of these subsystems relies on manufacturer-specific firmware and software that evolve independently. This complexity frequently results in gaps in vulnerability management, particularly when systems are modified or reconfigured after commissioning. SANCTUARY Insight is used by machine and plant manufacturers to automatically detect all integrated OT devices within a machine cell or production line during delivery and commissioning, and to generate a system-wide Bill of Materials (SBOM) that encompasses both hardware and software components. Software elements are uniquely mapped to the devices on which they are executed, enabling complete traceability throughout the entire lifecycle. The resulting SBOM can be exported in structured formats and continuously correlated with up-to-date vulnerability information. This functionality directly supports compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act, which requires manufacturers of products with digital elements to maintain SBOMs and manage security vulnerabilities throughout the product lifecycle. By automating SBOM generation and vulnerability monitoring, SANCTUARY Insight reduces compliance overhead while establishing a robust and scalable foundation for secure lifecycle management in industrial environments

Strong parts thanks to continuous fibre reinforcement
Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF) is a patented technology that allows Markforged users to produce 3D printed components with extreme stability. With this technology, the continuous fibre is additionally inserted into the component via a second nozzle in the print head. It is called continuous fibre because it has only one start and one end point per layer. This allows you to achieve stabilities that are superior to milled aluminium in outstanding quality! Thanks to the supplied and optimally adjusted EIGER software, you can insert the continuous fibre individually per layer and, of course, also over the entire surface. Carbon, Kevlar, glass fibre and high-temperature glass fibre are available as continuous fibre reinforcement.
