WAIDELICH-mechanik - founded in 1927 - is considered an innovative and extremely reliable partner in the area of contract manufacturing and manufactures individual parts, small and medium-sized series and assemblies in stainless steel, steel and non-ferrous metals, with the focus on series production with predominantly mechanical processing .
Our range of parts goes from small parts to milled parts with a length of 14,000 mm and turned parts with a turning diameter of up to 3,000 mm, piece weights from ~15 tons. can be moved with us.
Approx. 50 very well trained and highly motivated specialists (including 8 trainees as precision mechanics) guarantee the high-quality and timely production of precise machine components and assemblies according to your drawings with their versatile technical know-how and a machine park with the latest CNC processing machines and CNC measuring machines .

CNC-Dreh-, Fräs- u. Bohrteile bis Ø 3000 x 14000 lg. Die Fa. WAIDELICH-mechanik -gegründet 1927- gilt als innovativer und äußerst zuverlässiger Partner im Bereich der Lohnfertigung und fertigt Einzelteile, kleine und mittlere Serien und Baugruppen in VA, Stahl und NE-Metallen, wobei der Schwerpunkt die Serienfertigung mit überwiegend mechanischer Bearbeitung ist. Unser Teilespektrum geht vom Kleinteil bis zu Frästeilen von 14.000 mm Länge und Drehteilen bis 3.000 mm Drehdurchmesser, Stückgewichte von ~15 to. können bei uns bewegt werden. Ca. 50 sehr gut ausgebildete und hochmotivierte Fachkräfte (davon 8 Auszubildende zum Feinwerkmechaniker) garantieren mit ihrem vielseitigen technischen Know-how und einem Maschinenpark mit modernsten CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen und CNC-Meßmaschine die qualitativ hochwertige und termingerechte Herstellung von präzisen Maschinenbauteilen und Baugruppen nach ihren Zeichnungen.
