Controllers
Availability for machines and systems: Thanks to top performance, low power consumption, multiple interfaces, compact dimensions and a high degree of safety, our programmable logic controllers (PLCs) offer cost-effective automation solutions for numerous applications.

Electronic Circuit Breakers
Six new products are joining WAGO’s selection of ECBs. Our 4- and 8-channel electronic circuit breakers will soon come equipped with a communication interface. These devices allow a choice among IO-Link, Modbus RTU and Manchester protocol for configuration, control and monitoring. Combining them with a controller makes it possible to read out current values, adjust tripping thresholds, configure behavior in limiting ranges, set an individual pre-warning and switch and reset channels individually. For example, if a value reaches a pre-specified threshold, the electronic fuse can signal the limit load and act promptly to provide controlled reduction of the current consumption. In the event of overload or short circuit, the affected circuits are interrupted quickly and reliably. Therefore, active use of the electronic circuit breakers significantly increases system availability. WAGO’s 3861, 3664 and 3668 Series ECBs support all areas of mechanical engineering, in the process and manufacturing industries and in buildings, as well as in elevators and lifts. In both the 4- and 8-channel variants, a slim 32 mm wide design makes replacement easy, requiring no additional space and allowing very flexible use. The pluggable connectors are also protected against mismating and support pre-wiring, which reduces installation time significantly.

Energy Measurement Technology
Energy monitoring forms the basis for increasing the efficiency of your energy distribution and processes. Our harmonized energy measurement products save you much effort and expense for energy data collection. Anywhere high currents need to be measured and processed, WAGO’s current transformers are the first choice. Energy meters are suitable for billing-relevant measuring points.

Marking for a Streamlined Control Cabinet Overview
Marking ensures safety and allows identification – making it essential in control cabinets. The labels provide important information and instructions for protecting users, for enhancing safety in the assembly process and for maintenance. The marking also allows the connections to be identified quickly, making it easy for third-party providers to maintain control cabinet components. Marking Solutions from WAGO: WAGO offers a perfectly tunned hardware and software program consisting of the WAGO Smart Script marking software, the WAGO thermal transfer Smart Printer and the individual marking media. Users can print markings from three different systems: from an existing CAE system, from the WAGO Smart Script marking software or using the WAGO Smart Designer configurator.
