Digital material procurement worldwide and cost-effectively - prices and availability in real time
With interfaces to major distributors, we create reliability, security, and flexibility in material logistics for our customers. The procurement of printed circuit boards, electronic components, and much more is a central aspect of electronics manufacturing. Many customers have already outsourced the procurement of these items to us, and our purchasing department handles it digitally through a global supplier network. Customers can also provide their own components, which we process ourselves. The heart of digital material procurement is our own Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which supports our purchasing department in controlling and managing demand, costs, and delivery dates, as well as providing an overview of our procurement efforts.
Laser marking (e.g. UID)
A printed circuit board laser is an indispensable tool in the electronics industry, as it is used for product marking and traceability. The laser can create color changes on printed circuit boards. Furthermore, customer labels can be replicated to enable quick and accurate product identification. Final production test
3D Inspection & Testing - Modern Quality Control With optical and electrical testing, we not only provide the green light, but also provide assurance to reduce follow-up costs in fully assembled devices. Automated optical inspections (3D AOI), functional tests, electrical tests, and programming are an important part of our range of services. Our quality assurance department utilizes high-quality test equipment or uses test setups that we can provide from you or that you can have manufactured by us.
After-sales service (e.g., counting back components)
After production, we offer additional services. We are happy to test and program assemblies for you, and we can also quickly and cost-effectively check your SMD inventory using our X-ray component counter.
