Industrial Automation System
Highly adaptable SALZ Automation System consisting of open hardware, modular engineering software based on a virtualization concept, and an integrated App Store. This complete automation solution employs Security and Functional Safety according to IEC 61508. The SALZ Automation System is so adaptable that it can meet almost any requirement in the various application areas of industrial automation.
Industrial Ethernet Switches
A whole series of unmanaged, lite-managed, and managed switches with flexible and multiple ports including RJ45, SFPs, etc. Our Industrial Ethernet Switches come in a metal housing for use in harsh industrial environments. In addition to robustness and reliability, we have placed great emphasis on the high-quality design of our products. Our wide variety of switches has an integrated QoS (Quality of Service) for operation in PROFINET applications, GOOSE and EthernetIP in accordance with automation protocols of PROFINET Conformation Classes A/B/C.
Functional Safety Modules
SALZ Automation offers various Functional Safety relays, safe coupling relays as well as expansion modules to realize safety-related applications in mechanical engineering and the process industry. From emergency stop and safety gate monitoring to two-hand applications, all of our safety modules meet the requirements of the respective standards and have been tested and certified by independent testing institutes such as TÜV Rheinland.
Outdoor Camera Boxes
IP55 grade outdoor box including switch ensures dependable and uninterrupted operations even in harsh environments, making it an ideal networking solution for road, forest fire, surveillance, water level or forest fire monitoring.
EtherCAT I/O Modules
Our EtherCAT I/O Modules are designed to meet the requirements of several industrial environments and are an advancement in the direction of Industry 4.0. Industrial Relays
Our set of industrial relays offers a comprehensive range of features designed to meet the diverse needs of industrial applications. With a compact size from just 6 mm and the capability to handle high currents, they efficiently utilize space while providing robust performance. Choose between a wide variety of Series GS, CS, CP and SR depending on the features you need. These relays adhere to international standards, including CE and RoHS compliance, with some models holding UL and TUV certifications. Additional benefits include several secure installation options, reliable conductivity with brass or gold plates, neat wiring separation as well as the availability of optional additional modules and accessories.
Industrial Panel PCs
Touch Panel PCs are an amalgamation of computing, operating, monitoring, and processing. They play a vital role in the Human Machine Interface spectrum. Panel PCs from SALZ Automation are scalable and modern with resistive and capacitive touch technology. They can be customized with Android, Linux, or Windows operating systems. Furthermore the Web Panels are available in display sizes from 7" to 23.8" with capacitive touchscreen or without touch.
Industrial Power Supply
The power supplies of our Eco series fulfill the basic function of a power supply by converting electric current from a source to the correct voltage, current, and frequency to power the load. This series consists of single phase AC power supplies, ranging from 75 W to 960 W. Your advantages include high-quality products with a lifespan more than ten times longer than other power supplies, compact full metal housings for maximum durability, a wide temperature range for continuous operation in industrial environments, and QR codes on products for easy access to documentation.
Edge Devices

Embedded Software Development
SALZ Automation offers holistic solutions for embedded software development - from software architecture and interface customization to functionally secure implementation.
