CE certification for your products
The CE marking confirms the conformity of a product whose requirements are laid down in European directives. The aim of these guidelines is quality assurance and increase safety. Since there are currently over 40,000 standards in Germany, a lot of experience and fundamental knowledge is required for the certification of products. We would like to make this knowledge available to you so that you can put a safe product into operation or market it. We are also happy to take over the technical documentation of your products for you.

(FE-) calculation
The calculation of machines or components is becoming more and more of a required component as proof of a safe product. In addition, the calculation helps with component and process optimization. Our specialists can use the FEM (Finite Element Method) to simulate and calculate the following load cases: static and dynamic load cases • Time-dependent loads and nonlinear material behavior for the investigation of dents and deformations • Natural frequency and shock pulse analysis • Component behavior in the time and frequency domain • Lifetime analysis
Technical documentation
Without complete technical documentation, no machine can be launched today. To get all the necessary documents, such as • Risk assessment according to the Machinery Directive (MRL 2006/42/EC) • CE marking • Operating instructions • Instruction manual requires expertise and experience in dealing with corresponding product standards and legal requirements.
