About us
RAUMTÄNZER helps machine and plant manufacturers organize technical service faster and more independently of the location of individual experts. With Remote Assist, we bring experienced service technicians directly to the machine, eliminating the need for them to be on-site for every service call. Our approach goes beyond simply addressing individual service incidents: the experiential knowledge gained during these calls is captured and structured so that it can be retained within the company and used for future service calls. Our approach therefore combines two challenges that many service organizations face today: a shortage of experienced specialists and valuable knowledge that often resides only in the minds of individual employees. RAUMTÄNZER operates independently of any specific vendor and has over ten years of experience in the machine and plant engineering sector.
