CNC Milling
7 CNC machines produce parts according to our clients technical specifications in the department of CNC Milling. We have oriented our production for serial manufacturing with assistance from of a range of sophisticated machine tools. This allows us the fast-paste production of both simple and more complex components. The automated feeding of raw materials also helps to save production time. o 7 machines o Max dimensions: 500x500x1000 mm o Series 50 – 10 000 pieces/order o Automatic pallet changer o Up to 5-axis machining
CNC Turning
In total, Radius Machining has 20 lathe machines of varying power and complexity, of which 7 are automated machine tools that can produce large series in a short amount of time. The CNC lathes are equipped with active tools that allow complex components to be produced using one machine. Delivery time is also reduced through the work centres’ automated bar feeder. Noteworthy features: ¤Production in three shifts with a capacity of up to 8000 hours in a month. ¤Component manufacturing with dimensions from ⌀ 3...560 mm. ¤Series from 50 to 100 000 pcs per batch. ¤Live tooling and automatic bar feeders. ¤Usable materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, brass, profiles, plastics (POM, PA, PP etc.)
Hydraulic hoses
Radius Hydraulics manufactures high-quality hoses and hose assemblies, offering comprehensive assistance in selecting the right hose type, nozzles, and transitions. ¤ 1–6-layer hoses ¤ Connectors based on hose type (BSP, JIC, DIN, ORFS) ¤ Transitions (BSP, JIC, DIN, ORFS) ¤ Protective sleeves and spirals for hoses
Hydraulic tubes
Radius Hydraulics uses the Herber CNC pipe press machine tool to produce high-precision parts in series. Our main client for hydraulic pipe sets is the engineering industry but we also work with companies in other sectors. We can bend steel, including stainless steel and other materials with dimensions of 6 mm to 38 mm. In addition to pipes, we also offer the necessary pipe transitions in steel and stainless steel.
Assembling service
Radius can take over the entire project management process from the production or ordering of the required components, to the assembly and transport of components, saving the customer a lot of time and money. We are flexible when it comes to assembling products: we can build together the necessary components from our own product range or order the required parts from another manufacturer.
