About us
We manufacture pneumatic measuring systems for inspecting cone angles, inner diameters, and outer diameters during production. Since this is a non-contact measurement method, it protects the workpieces from damage. The measuring system significantly reduces operator errors, and fixed stops ensure that parts are always inspected at the same measuring heights. Additionally, there are no influencing factors such as measuring force. Our measuring systems are characterized by ease of use and high repeatability. This saves you time, costs, and resources.
The measurement technology can be used in both flexible and stationary applications. Even in harsh environments, our systems deliver repeatable measurements. Thanks to their robust construction, they are maintenance-free and ideally suited for production. Upon request, we can supply them with a coating that further minimizes wear on the measurement system. Depending on your requirements, we can manufacture the mandrels with multiple nozzles and measurement planes to ensure optimal inspection of the part.
The advantages of QPT air measurement systems (e.g., nozzle measuring rings and nozzle measuring probes):
Thanks to the integrated bypass nozzles, you’ll get measurement results approximately 5 times faster than before. This also allows you to perform rapid dynamic measurements (max-min; max; min, or the average value).
We manufacture the air measurement probe according to your specifications. A single air measurement system with multiple measurement planes can accommodate several diameters.
The systems can be used for manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated measurement tasks. Of course, we can also manufacture the systems for connection to existing display systems from other vendors.
