About us
PS Laser was founded in 1988 in Thedinghausen, Lower Saxony (near Bremen). We remain firmly rooted here to this day. At the same time, we are open-minded, dynamic, and always ready to explore new ways. Using a high-performance, state-of-the-art machine park, we produce laser-cut parts, bending parts and complex welded assemblies that meet the highest standards.

Tube Laser Cutting
With our highly flexible tube laser cutting system, we are able to deliver a wide range of versatile components. Complex contours and intricate geometries can be produced with exceptional precision — whether from tube material, flat steel, or angle profiles.
Punching with Trumatic 7000
For demanding tasks that combine laser cutting, punching, thread forming, and forming operations. Components can be punched and further processed at high speed and with great precision — with minimal burr formation and a spatter-free surface.
Roll Bending
Joined by experienced professionals – in full compliance with standards! Thanks to our expertise and extensive manufacturing capabilities, we are able to deliver fully assembled components — all from a single source. At 12 modern welding stations equipped with Demmeler 3D welding tables, and now with our new handheld laser welding system, we join your components precisely, reliably, and in accordance with all relevant standards.
Deburring & Surface Finishing
Cutting gas, material type, and sheet thickness influence the formation of burrs and spatter on laser-cut parts. Deburring the laser-cut components removes sharp edges or rounds them off, eliminates cutting spatter, and improves preparation quality for surface treatments such as powder coating or galvanizing. Depending on the part size, material, and thickness, we offer the following deburring and surface finishing methods: Vibratory finishing (tumbling) Edge rounding Grinding and deburring Blasting Ceramic blasting
Post-processing of metal parts
Do you need components with machined holes, threads, countersinks, fits, chamfers, and more? We offer a wide range of machining operations, carried out by our experienced specialists on various conventional machines according to your technical drawings. For large production runs or when the highest standards of precision and quality are required, we rely on the expertise of our partner company, WSS Metalltechnik GmbH & Co. KG, for CNC machining.
Bending
We form your laser-cut parts. Whether it's a simple profile or a complex component, a one-off piece or a large series — have your workpieces formed directly by us after laser cutting. Our versatile range of machinery, including a maximum bending length of 7,000 mm and three fully automated press brakes, enables efficient and cost-effective production of your bent parts.
Laser cutting
Eleven state-of-the-art flatbed laser systems, with power ratings of up to 30kW, can economically produce any component contour from a wide range of materials — always with maximum cutting quality. With around 5,000 tons of sheet metal in various material grades in stock, we are a reliable and high-performance partner, even for short delivery times or large order volumes.
