Pero's industrial parts cleaning machine S1A
PERO S1A - PARTS CLEANING SYSTEM IN PREMIUM QUALITY Thanks to the targeted further development of the S1A series plant, Pero has succeeded in presenting a further technical milestone. The new version has, of course, been fully tested and tried out under difficult operating conditions. With the new S1A, Pero sets standards in terms of resource consumption, solvent treatment and in the automated control of processes within the plant. --- Facts and figures about the Pero S1A parts cleaning system The S1A can be operated with modified alcohols or hydrocarbons. It is available with manual or alternatively with automatic feeding. In accordance with the Pero standard, only well-known and high-quality components are installed in the plant. Highlights: + 50% faster filter drying* + 50% less solvent consumption* + 50% less cooling water consumption* + 25% faster residual distillation = automatic draining of introduced contaminants into a drum*. (* compared to the previous system design) Features: + Continuous media preparation + Throughput of more than 10 batches/hour + Solvent consumption 0.2-0.7 g/batch + Cooling water consumption 2.5-6.5 l/minute + Duration for residual distillation 35-40 minutes + Filter drying time 20 minutes Advantages for you as a user of the Pero S1A: + High plant availability due to display of preventive, scheduled maintenance. + The plant impresses with its remarkably high reliability. R1 - THE FASTEST IN ITS CLASS The cleaning units of the R1 series are renowed for their high performance. They offer short cycle times with reproducible cleaning results. The tried and tested process technology behind the R1 meets the highest quality standards in parts cleaning. Operation under vacuum protects the medium, reduces energy and solvent consumption and allows for short cycle times.

N2 - DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE AND AVAILABILITY Thanks to its highly efficient process technology and low energy consumption, the N2 offers excellent cleaning results and high throughput. Operators can choos from a range of solvents in order to achieve best cleaning results for their specific tasks. The energy manager function enables operators to control the heating output for maximum energy efficiency.
