Construction
From design and detail engineering to project execution, a specialized team develops your machinery & equipment. The focus of our design work ranges from classic mechanical and plant engineering to the development of tools, devices or special machines for a wide variety of industrial requirements. Our engineers benefit from our extensive manufacturing spectrum and can identify cost reduction potentials at a very early stage and incorporate them into the design.
Steel and plant engineering
With us you get all services from one source, from sheet metal working to painting, all work steps can be done in-house. Thanks to our well equipped machine park we are able to process large single parts up to 50t. Steel components can be welded and manipulated up to an individual weight of 80t. Stainless steels and aluminum are tacked and welded in a separate hall. The requirements in the field of sheet metal processing, whether prototype or series production, we implement efficiently and economically according to the drawing. Modern equipment and competent employees support the production and accompany the order until delivery.
Welding technology
When it comes to carrying out precise and demanding welding work cleanly, you are at ÖSWAG on to the right place. Thanks to our many years of experience and our modern welding workstations, we can weld and manipulate components weighing up to 80t each. We are happy to be available to our customers as an extended workbench and so we bring our comprehensive manufacturing know-how into the projects at a very early stage. From small or large individual parts to complete welded assemblies, our large team of qualified welding technicians can assure you of consistently high quality for your products. Depending on the material and application, we use different welding processes: - MIG (Metal Inert Gas): for joining non-ferrous metals. - MAG (metal active gas): for joining steels - TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas): for joining aluminum or stainless steels. - Submerged arc welding (SAW): economical process for joining steels. - Electrode welding: diverse field of application, e.g. construction site or repair - Stud welding: economical method for joining shear studs on steel structures
Machining
With the help of our processing machines, our customers have an almost unlimited technological variety at their disposal. Depending on the application, we can turn, erode, mill and grind small to large components. With our 25 processing machines and our experienced employees, we can machine components with the highest precision exactly according to customer specifications. Turbine parts, steel foundations and large components for mechanical engineering are our profession. We have already machined and manufactured workpieces for the paper industry, plastics industry, rolling mill technology and apparatus engineering. Our processing machines are directly connected to our CAD-CAM system, which enables us to simulate every single processing step and to prevent processing errors in advance.
Paintwork
You would like to have your components refined and are looking for an experienced specialist company? We at ÖSWAG have also specialized in painting and are always there for you. Due to our painting and sandblasting cabins as well as the experienced employees, we can offer surface finishing in the highest quality and at flexible conditions. We work according to your paint and lacquer specification, independent of the manufacturer. In our paint booths we work with the most modern equipment according to the current environmental and health standards. Due to the circulating air heat treatment of our exhaust system, we can save energy and thus protect the environment.
Mounting
From complete assembly to commissioning, we have over 10,000m² of hall space available for the realization of your projects. For mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies, we are happy to solve your tasks. Whether complete systems or contract assembly, your next project is in safe hands with us. With a lifting capacity of up to 100t and years of experience from shipbuilding, we have been able to gain a foothold especially in heavy mechanical engineering. Trial runs or quality tests can be carried out directly in our company. You need the assembly at your site or at the end customer? No problem, our experienced and qualified staff will be happy to come to you and install your complete system.
Mobile swivel device
For swiveling components up to 18t in a welding cell. The following end positions are possible: -90°, -45°, 0°, +45°, +90° Dimensions: 6140 x 5351 x 1096.5 Dead weight: 42t The swivel mechanism is operated by several hydraulic cylinders. In addition, each end position is locked to ensure repeat accuracy. We can modify and adapt this device according to customer wishes and requirements. We will also be happy to find a special solution for your application!
New Laser Cutting Maschine
With a laser source of 30 kW, sheet thicknesses of up to 50 mm can be cut without burrs. In addition, the swiveling laser head enables the cutting of welding phases and saves additional work on the sheet metal parts. With a working area of 12,500 x 3200mm, even large metal sheets can be processed. We are also happy to do the bending work for you! With a working area of 9.000 mm and a compressive force of 1.000 t, we can immediately shape the cut-out sheets.
