Our gear boxes are, for example, used in the plastics industry as extruder gears, in separators for food and non-food industries as well as in hydraulic motors for conveyor technology.

We manufacture gears for a broad variety of applications on behalf of our customers. Our clients include many reputable producers of pumps and compressors, but we also supply gears for mechanical and systems engineering, conveyor technology and vehicle engines, as well as shafts for electric motors. Together with our clients, we have optimised our gears to near perfection in meeting applications requiring the utmost smoothness and quietness of operation. In close cooperation with our customers, our engineers determine the concrete needs and use these as a basis for developing customized and precise solution proposals, optimally tailored to their applications. At our plant, we manufacture diameters ranging from 40 to 400 mm, with the lowest-imaginable tolerances, in accordance with your drawings and specifications. In doing so, we can flexibly adjust to your choice of material. Looking for modules ranging from 0.5 to 10 with straight or helical toothing, or worm gears? You’ve come to the right place. In addition, we manufacture your grinded shafts at optimal costs on our automated production line. We’ll gladly create an offer based on your drawing specifications. Our shaft manufacturing capacities range between Ø 19 and 46, with shaft lengths between 150 and 500 mm. We would be happy to take care of all work steps for you, from procurement up to packaging ready for transport. Of course, you can also only commission us with single processing steps. The highest quality is our standard! This is reflected in, among other things, our certification according to IATF 16949 and consistent quality inspections after each step of production. For you, we develop gears with pinpoint accuracy, optimally suited for use under the most demanding circumstances.
