Welding
When it comes to precise work, performed neatly and accurately, you need someone who knows what they're doing. In other words, a reliable professional. From robot welding to assembly and riveting, and all the way to manual welding: our 70 qualified metal workers and welders guarantee consistent quality in everything that they do. They can even handle heavyweights, e.g. modules up to 50 tons a piece. No problem.
Welding
We bring metal into top form KINKELE GmbH has been a reliable partner for decades when it comes to forming steel, stainless steel, aluminium or other metals by machining. With our 80 skilled employees in the field of machining, we not only have extensive know-how, but also the necessary capacities to realize even the most demanding customer requirements in the field of CNC contract manufacturing. Trust in our many years of experience and competence, with which we bring different metals into almost any desired shape with absolute precision. Depending on the application, we process small to large workpieces, turning, drilling, milling and grinding them with the highest precision and meticulous accuracy. With our 20 machines, we can process metallic workpieces exactly according to customer specifications, and this within a wide range of possible dimensions: - Length between 500 mm and 21.500 mm, - Width between 500 mm and 5,000 mm and - Height between 500 mm and 5.000 mm.
Coating
Our team of highly qualified employees—incl. process technicians and coating inspectors (Frosio level 3 certified)—apply coats using various methods: airmix, double membrane and airless. Special, combined coating and drying chambers offer flexibility and efficient processing. And we take the environment into consideration, e.g. with our blasting grit recovery and treatment systems as well as continuous de-dusting and water treatment plants.
Assembly
Truly good assembly requires a professional. We offer everything from complete assembly to start-up, including electric, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Whether massive, delicate, simple or complicated: 35 highly qualified employees, some trained in-house, ensure that the parts that need to come together do. It is perfect then, that they can draw on 50 tons lift capacity and 14 m crane hook height. Additionally, we have a 6-m deep assembly pit for especially tall test installations. This allows us to assemble your machine in its entirety in our building. The advantage to you: Test runs and comprehensive quality inspections right under our roof.
