The JUMO I/O-System
A compact fit in the control cabinet. Operationally efficient. The I/O system from JUMO offers maximum flexibility and scalability in automation without compromising on accuracy and reliability. It features numerous input and output modules that can be used across generations in mixed operation, which allows for customized configuration and optimal control processes. All modules can be seamlessly integrated into existing CODESYS system architectures from JUMO and other providers. A special USP is the unique control module, which ensures maximum process reliability and autonomous operation. At the same time, the high channel density of the modules allows efficient use of the control cabinet space, which significantly simplifies installation and maintenance.

Complete solution with intuitive operation JUMO is expanding its extensive automation portfolio with a complete solution for process engineering operations. The application is designed to be particularly user-friendly and can be used in a wide range of industries. At the heart of the solution is the JUMO variTRON automation system, for which a special application for process engineering has been developed. With the help of various JUMO smartWARE applications, an integrated solution can be implemented from the sensor to the cloud. The focus is on three user groups. Manufacturers of process engineering plants can use JUMO smartWARE Setup to define individual process steps and plant types. Plant operators can use the new JUMO smartWARE program to intuitively create and edit process engineering programs and recipes using a graphical editor. This browser-based application can be used on a PC, laptop, or tablet. End users can then visualize and control the program flow in the browser with the aid of a display, for example on a web panel or a tablet. The user interface can be freely customized, is consistent and can be operated intuitively. In addition, other JUMO applications such as JUMO smartWARE SCADA, JUMO Cloud, or JUMO smartWARE Evaluation can be used for monitoring, batch recording, and individual report generation. The areas of application for the process engineering application are diverse and range from applications in the food industry to autoclaves, CIP systems, and greenhouses to industrial furnace construction or environmental technology.

One app instead of an additional paperless recorder. Only at JUMO. The JUMO variTRON Recorder App brings process data acquisition directly to the control level and makes separate paperless recorders unnecessary. It is fully integrated into JUMO automation systems and enables automatic and tamper-proof data recording, which makes day-to-day business much easier. Your advantages at a glance: Automatic data acquisition The JUMO variTRON 500 touch control panel allows process data to be recorded directly on the display using the Recorder App while the JUMO variTRON 300/500 offers a browser-based recorder screen. Data analysis The relevant process data can be visualized and evaluated in a browser-based environment. Depending on the requirements, important measurement data can be archived and stored on a desktop or in a server environment. The implemented manipulation detection ensures a high level of data security. Compliance with industry-specific regulatory requirements The verifications and documentation required for thermoprocess technology are prepared in accordance with CQI-9 and AMS2750, which facilitates auditing and certification. In the food industry, the seamless generation of batch reports enables end-to-end traceability and quality assurance. IO-Link- & Single Pair Ethernet-Sensorik
Easily connected – 2 innovative IIoT technologies IO-Link and SPE are shaping the future of industrial communication by enabling a flexible and reliable IIoT architecture as well as the real-time transmission of process data. As a result, they are indispensable for JUMO systems and solutions. IO-Link Our IO-Link sensors reduce cabling and startup times. They are also extremely flexible to use thanks to their compact design and the large number of available process connections. Thanks to the digital transmission of diagnostic data, plant downtimes can be reduced to a minimum and plant efficiency increased. When replacing a sensor, time-consuming parameterization is no longer required as the necessary data is automatically taken from the higher-level IO-Link Master. The digital sensors are available for the measurands temperature, pressure, conductivity, point level, and flow. Single Pair Ethernet SPE sensors from JUMO enable a direct connection to the cloud and efficiently combine individual stages of the automation pyramid. Only a single wire pair is required for the energy supply and data transmission, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation. The sensors support transmission speeds of up to 10 Mbit/s and offer a range of up to 1000 meters. They are available for the measurands temperature, humidity, flow, and pressure.
JUMO meroTRON
The multifunctional controller impresses with the individual design of its user interface and hardware equipment. This way, analog as well as digital inputs and outputs, counting inputs, and interfaces can be added as required. The controller masters even complex applications with a second control channel, math and logic functions, and the implementation of control functions via ST code.
Safety limiter with fault tolerance
Multifunctionality and safety without compromise SIL and PL certified, customizable, and versatile: the new JUMO safetyM TA offers exactly the safety and efficiency that processes need. Thanks to the innovative voting function and increased fault tolerance, plants remain functional even in the event of sensor errors – unwanted switch-offs and defective products are avoided. The new addition to the JUMO Safety Performance family has EAC, UL, and cULus approval which makes it suitable for international use.
JUMO ZELOS C01 LS
The capacitive level switch identifies the level of liquids and solids. It can also be used in pressurized tanks or pipes. Typically, the level switch is used in industrial environments for applications with requirements for overflow and dry-run protection or for media detection (such as sludge in separation processes).
JUMO hydroTRANS H50
The JUMO hydroTRANS H50 is a convincing solution even in areas with high levels of moisture or chemical contamination thanks to highly accurate as well as stable temperature and humidity measurements. Its broad application area of -80 to +180 °C and its ability to measure pressures of up to 300 bar not only allows it to handle a wide range of measurement tasks, but also reduces equipment costs due to an integrated data logger.
