Risk assessment
A CE marking of machines is only allowed if a risk assessment according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC was carried out. All hazards arising from the machine must be determined, documented and evaluated already during the construction phase. Your risk assessment is 100% legally safe if prepared by us.

Performance level calculation
The Machinery Directive lays down specific requirements on the safety and reliability of control systems. These requirements to the functional safety apply to electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems. We carry out the determination of the required performance level using SISTEMA, a programme which reflects and clearly documents the systematics of the harmonised standards EN ISO 13849-1 and EN ISO 13849-2.
Translation
If your product is covered by the Machinery Directive, this directive clearly regulates the need for a translation of the operating instructions. If the official language of the country of manufacture is not the official language of the country of use, the original operating instructions must be translated. Other EC directives also specify translation requirements. We give you advice with regard to the requirements of the guidelines and their relevance to your product and support you in translating the instructions.
