Electrostatic or mechanical extraction systems
Electrostatic and mechanical filter systems for cleaning machine process air. Oil or emulsion mist is reliably separated and thus the air at the workplace is improved. Thanks to the EC controlled fans we actively reduce energy costs. Often even the replacement of existing systems is profitable. Extraction systems mechanical air filtration systems
As one of the few devices on the market, the mestar air filter can freely control its extraction volume. This means that the extraction rate can be kept constant at the set value for as long as possible. With the operating point changeover, the filter is the optimal companion on machine tools of all kinds. The mechanical air filter is used for the separation of emulsion mist, oil smoke, vapor, airborne particles, oxidized smoke, aerosols, etc.. - thus it is suitable for almost every field of application in the industry. Depending on the field of application, the units can be equipped with a wide variety of filter stages. An extension or optimization can also be carried out later.
Dust Filter
Dust filters - dustar The dustar dust filters range from simple pocket shaker filters to large cartridge filters. Their field of application covers almost all dust applications, such as: Welding fumes Metal dust Glass dust ceramic dust and many more. All dustar filters have been thoughtfully designed to generate the lowest possible pressure loss with the highest possible separation efficiency. This offers you the advantage of permanent energy cost savings! Available are conventional IE2 motors up to modern IE4 motors, which exceed all requirements regarding energy saving. A wide range of accessories is available for all indusa dust collectors, in order to adapt the units exactly to your application!
Central Exhaust System
Central systems A central system allows the optional usage of recirculation or exhaust air operation. This helps save energy in winter. There is also a simple structure of different exhaust air and filter concepts. The central location also means there is only one central maintenance point. By choosing the individual ventilation units wisely, maintenance can be done without having to shut down the filter system. This means that filter operation continues during maintenance. In particular, it is easy to install heat-recovery components in the central system to save on further energy costs. Mounting
Due to our competent and extensive knowledge in filter construction, we know the pitfalls in the installation of filters, heat recovery systems and pipelines only too well. By carefully and comprehensively researching all relevant circumstances during the site inspection, we prepare a comprehensive offer that very precisely records the installation circumstances. In order to disrupt the production process as little as possible, it is important, for example, that the shutdown times of the production facilities are kept as short as possible. The earlier we are involved in the planning of new or rebuilt production facilities, the more efficiently the assembly can be planned and carried out. This prevents additional costs that may arise due to subsequent, more difficult assembly conditions. Thanks to our qualified fitters and the low turnover in our company, we can guarantee top quality. Cleaning
In order for your filter systems to work properly, they must be cleaned regularly. Cleaning by indusa is the easiest solution for you and cleaning by us always includes a visual inspection of the system. The following components of the filter system must be cleaned at regular intervals: - Housing from inside and outside - vias-connections to ionisator and collector - Pre- and after-filter (metal mesh) - main filter inserts - electrostatic filter units - ionizer and collector - mechanical filtering units - main filter inserts F9, H14 - dust filtering units - cartridge filters or pocket filters Filter inserts for mestar and dustar cannot be cleaned but must be replaced and disposed of by the client. Cleaning can be performed in four different ways: 1. cleaning on site at the customer 2. cleaning with on-site replacement 3. cleaning at the indusa i-center 4. exchange service We will be happy to advise you.
