FILCONCEPT® by ILT: Solutions for air pollution control in your workshops.
FILCONCEPT® by ILT: From individual machines to complete hall concepts with energy recovery Polluction control technology is not a catalogue product. We have been pursuing this approach since our foundation in 1983. We analyse your application and provide you with application-specific technology for air purification. Whether you need 500 or 100,000 m³/h, a single lathe, a complete transfer line or an overall concept for your new hall. As a full-service provider and plant manufacturer in process engineering, we are not limited to one process. Whether electrostatic precipitators for oil mist, filter separators for emulsion mist, combination filters, wet separators, dust extraction units or heat recovery: we work with you to determine the optimal solution. ELOFIL® Electrostatic Precipitators: patented solution against coolant mists
ELOFIL® Electrostatic Precipitators. Reliable and patented technology at low operating costs. ELOFIL is based on the patented ILT modular system. This way, solutions for different cases of application and air pollutants can be realized cost-effectively. Regardless of whether the suction performance is 1,000 or 100,000 m³/h. Even later retrofitting or extension is possible at any time thanks to the existing components which can be used modularly. The filter elements are of course compatible with all designs and interchangeable. Examples of a use case: :: 200 l coolant (oil)/week saved, :: workshop pollution lowered from 12 to 1.5 mg/m³, :: demands on residual pollution values reached completely. ELOFIL electrostatic precipitators are characterized by high-quality make and effective functioning. STAFIL® dust extraction systems
STAFIL® dust extraction systems. Economical dust-free production. STAFIL systems are modular in design and can therefore be flexibly adapted to different types of dust. Whether for 2,000 or 30,000 m³/h extraction capacity. Efficient valve technology and fans ensure low operating costs and high separation efficiency. Even hazardous substances can be filtered out safely. STAFIL systems are compact and can be installed in production facilities to save space.
UNIFIL® air purifier
UNIFIL® air purifier. Efficient and versatile. UNIFIL is based on ILT's patented modular system. Subsequent conversion or expansion is possible at any time, as existing components can be reused in a modular fashion. UNIFIL has a constant separation efficiency of 99.95% (0.1-0.3µm) and is a robust, industrial-grade device. As a solution provider, ILT Industrie-Luftfiltertechnik can cover numerous applications with UNIFIL: from problematic cooling lubricant mists to gaseous and ultra-fine aerosols.
Services by ILT: Installation, maintenance, certification services
Installation, maintenance and testing by the manufacturer: We know what needs to be done! Maintenance work is necessary but tedious. You have to keep spare parts in stock, plan downtimes and carry out test runs. Save time and money with the ILT maintenance programme. Do you need your systems to be inspected? We carry out the prescribed commissioning and annual inspections in accordance with DGUV 109-002. Save yourself the documentation effort and concentrate on what matters: clean and safe production.
