IFlexRing
The new dimension for demanding sorting and inspection processes The IFlexRing combines proven IFSYS inspection technology with innovative technology on a glass plate system. It enables precise sorting, orientation, and ejection of defective (NIO) parts directly from the feeding process – reliably, quickly, and in a space-saving manner. Feeding is carried out via a part-independent spiral conveyor system, which enables quick changeovers for parts of different sizes and irregular shapes. Further automation, sorting, and orientation of this variety of parts is handled by a powerful camera system in combination with a fast SCARA robot – efficiently and cost-effectively.
