Schaltschrankbau
hse Steuerungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG designs, plans, builds and installs all types of control cabinets. Simple and complex process engineering systems are created in the company's own workshop according to the specific requirements of the customer and in accordance with legal standards. hse's range of services extends from small operating devices and control desks to control cabinets of all sizes. We design and manufacture switchgear for individual applications and series, in conventional technology or with PLC. Planning is carried out using a high-quality CAD system. From planning to production When the fitters for the control cabinet construction start their work, they have the complete documentation of the constructed project at their disposal. In addition, they can access the assembly drawings and the prepared CNC data sets for our sheet metal processing center. This efficient and quality-assuring way of working is guaranteed by the uniform database with which hse prepares, designs and implements interdisciplinary projects. The EPLAN Electric P8 software used connects all areas of the company to form a joint project team. Even the wire assembly is supplied with ECAD data from Electric P8. The standardization goes so far that EPLAN data can be processed using a specially written converter in order to make it usable for the labeling machine in a further step. Every day, the hse control engineering team sets itself the task of mapping individual electrical design projects as effectively and efficiently as possible. Valuable gains in efficiency can be achieved in control cabinet construction even with a batch size of one – if the processes used are right. The electrical designers at hse have been working with the latest version of the world's leading EPLAN software for many years. With the introduction of the EPLAN Electric P8 platform in 2008, hse created the basis for all engineering and planning work to be carried out consistently in one process system. The basis for uniform work across all areas of electrical design is a consistent database on which all activities are ultimately based; from the creation of circuit diagrams to control cabinet production and fluid project planning. The continuity of the construction also includes the PLC programming and the visualization. Identical texts make it easier to translate into other languages.

Only the precisely coordinated assembly of the individual components ensures a safe and problem-free production process in a system. Here, even the smallest mistake can have significant negative consequences. hse offers error-free assembly and installation work worldwide. We develop complete systems from planning to installation, but we also offer the integration of new machines and components into existing systems. hse customers get planning and construction, installation and cabling from a single source, including material procurement, control cabinet construction, software development and the carrying out of measurements.
SPS-Programmierung
hse control technology develops highly complex PLC programs for numerous partners in industry, which are used in different system types of plant control. Transparency and traceability of the software The number of possible systems for creating programs is as large as the number of programmers. In addition to cost-effectiveness, the only thing that counts for the companies using it is that the software is transparent for their employees and can be further processed. In order to guarantee these requirements, hse uses the individual specifications and the standards already in use by the customer for each project. The PLC programmers in our company know the requirements of numerous industrial partners and can adapt to the tasks of almost any new project.

Control cabinets are constantly being modified and expanded as part of maintenance work; Technical components are constantly being upgraded and troubleshooting carried out. For most maintenance work, speed is of the essence, as production downtime is to be avoided. There is usually no time in the ongoing work process for cleaning and tidying up work that would ensure cleanliness, durability and overview. Even the simplest maintenance work such as tightening screws (contactor contacts, fuses, etc.) does not usually take place during maintenance. However, they should be done once or twice a year, because the heat generated during operation loosens screws over time. We are available worldwide for the commissioning of machine and system controls. Sicherheitsprüfungen und -kontrollen (BGV)
The safety of people who work in the company's own operations or work for their employer abroad is guaranteed by legal provisions in Germany. These provisions were once regulated by the accident prevention regulations (BGV) issued by the German professional associations. They are now combined in the DGUV (German Statutory Accident Insurance), whose regulations are almost identical to those of the BGV. However, the rules and regulations of the cooperatives have been adjusted and standardized. Company obliged to check Regulation 3 of the DGUV (formerly BGV A3) obliges companies to have all stationary and mobile equipment (hand tools, coffee machines, etc.), machines and systems checked in accordance with the UV regulation of the professional association and the BetrSichV.
