Franz Hof GmbH is a young, medium-sized company with a passion for CNC sheet metal processing. As a contract manufacturer based in Haiger-Rodenbach, we are experts when it comes to the high-quality machining of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. With around 150 employees, we work together on new, flexible solutions and offer excellent service for our customers. We enjoy developing goals - and achieving them as a team. We would like to respectfully propose potential cost savings for sheet metal parts in the consumer goods and home automation sectors.
We are pleased to be able to offer standard parts for several companies in the consumer and construction industries, which we hope will support their automation solutions. In addition to maintaining the highest standards of quality, we also place great importance on ensuring consistent delivery capability and cost-effectiveness. We are proud to have a team of 150 highly qualified employees and one of the most modern and largest machine families in the sheet metal processing service provider sector in our region, which allows us to ensure our ability to deliver. We endeavour to achieve cost-effectiveness by continuously optimising our production processes and value analyses for our customers. In sheet metal processing, modern machining centres have the potential to streamline work processes that are normally carried out on different types of machines or at different workstations, for example, punching and bending on the same machine. This could save an enormous amount of time and money.
Speed and automation for mechanical engineering: reducing costs while maintaining quality is possible
Modern laser machines are highly effective and help to reduce costs. However, if predominantly manual production processes are subsequently used, savings may not be as significant as initially hoped. This is why we have been focusing on fully automated production solutions for several years, such as our 3 edging robots. These not only work around the clock, but also ensure outstanding and 100% reliable results thanks to permanent, intelligent and automated quality control.
We aim to provide effective and economical sheet metal processing solutions for manufacturers of heating systems, heat pumps and air conditioning units.
We have been privileged to specialise in the manufacture of sheet metal parts and assemblies for many years, and we are grateful to be able to supply the leading German manufacturers. We tend to use either galvanised or stainless steel sheet metal. We are fortunate to have a significant inventory on hand, which allows us to respond swiftly to customer needs. We endeavour to achieve the greatest economic advantage for our customers by combining different operations of different types of machines on as few machines as possible, thus saving operations and process times. As an example, we have fully automatic punching and laser machines from Trumpf, which we also use for roll deburring, threading and smaller bending operations, in addition to the familiar punching and laser cutting. We are also able to offer a complete service, including riveting, welding and surface finishing. We can provide initial samples in series quality, but in recent years we have also developed into a growth partner for our major customers.
