Cartesian dispensing robot in compact format - dos cell light
The dos cell light from dosmatix is a compact, CNC path-controlled 3-axis dispensing robot for precise applications with maximum repeat accuracy. The bench-top robot requires only a small footprint and offers a powerful complete solution for automated dispensing technology. Equipped with robust linear axes, precise ball screws and powerful closed-loop motors, the system enables precise path control. An integrated safety housing and a high-quality controller from Beckhoff ensure safe, flexible and reliable process control. The system is ideal for semi-automated production and precise dispensing applications – for example in electronics, medical technology, aerospace and other industrial sectors – for the application of potting materials or sealing beads. dos prep light - smart material preparation for small volumes
The dos prep light from dosmatix is the smart solution for the efficient preparation and feeding of small volumes of material. It combines the basic functionality of the standard dos prep in the compact design: integrated circulation, degassing under vacuum and optional temperature control. Available in two sizes – 0.5 liters and 3.0 liters – the dos prep light offers high flexibility. Both sizes can be combined for different mixing ratios in 2-component applications. Thanks to its compact design, the 0.5 liter version of the dos prep light, similar to the dos feed C, can be carried on the axes of a kinematic system or on a robot. Material feeding system - dos feed H
dos feed H reliably feeds paste-like material at over 70,000 mPa·s into dispensing systems. Thanks to a modular pump concept, both abrasive and non-abrasive potting compounds can be transported. The dos feed H designed by dosmatix enables bubble-free docking thanks to an innovative vacuum plate with FusionMesh technology. This ensures efficient feeding without material loss and is completed by an intelligent sensor system for system monitoring.
Progressive cavity dispenser - dos screw
endless dispensing power by dosmatix. The dos screw progressive cavity dispenser complements the dosmatix dispenser portfolio with another innovative solution for precise, pulsation-free and continuous dispensing. This dispenser enables the application of very small punctual quantities from 15 µl as well as continuous, uninterrupted bead applications at a speed of up to 600 ml/min. The result: precise, constant and material-friendly dispensing. Thanks to its robust design, the dos screw is particularly suitable for applications with highly viscous, filled and thermally conductive materials. Material preparation - dos prep
material preparation for perfect dispensing results. dos prep represents a quantum leap in material preparation technology for dispensing systems, making a significant contribution to increasing the performance of dispensing processes in automated and manual production environments. The preparation and feeding plant newly conceived by dosmatix takes on the tasks of degassing, recirculation and optimal temperature control in low- to medium-viscosity potting materials up to a viscosity of 70,000 mPa·s.

Kinematic Axis System - dos cell
modular axis system with protection cell for high performance dispensing. dos cell is a kinematic in form of a portal axis system, for moving a dispenser. Our dos cell is based on the identical foundation as our dos in-line, but is extended by a protective housing and further safety technology. It complies with all safety standards of an industrial series production. In combination with dosmatix dispensers like the dos piston, high traversing speeds and precise dispensing results are achieved in the shortest cycle times. The dos cell is available in 3 standard sizes and can be used for a wide range of dispensing applications. The dos cell follows the dosmatix philosophy of the modular system. Vacuum dispensing is used to encapsulate particularly sensitive components from industries such as electronics, the automotive industry and medical technology without air pockets. The use of vacuum ensures an even distribution of the potting compound without cavities, even with tight geometries in the component.
