CONDOR® Custom Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, owner-managed family company based in Salzkotten/Northrine-Westphalia. We are one of the leading service providers for milling technology and wire EDM technology. The company's services also include additive manufacturing (SLS), surface refinement and measurement technology. Regardless of whether it is prototype production, series production or complete machining: CONDOR® manufactures and produces for all industries. The service package is implemented by our own, highly qualified employees and supplemented by an equally competent partner network.

3D Printing - Additive manufacturing
The field of “additive manufacturing processes” and especially 3D printing is based on layer technology. The additive manufacturing process is used to produce series parts or functional prototypes in 3D from plastic, which are characterized above all by constant component quality. We offer you the so-called selective laser sintering (SLS) process. This gives you 3D printed components at a new level. - Integrate function - Get or increase stability of your products - Let your component become lighter - Reduce assembly work Further advantages of this process are the high (long-term) stability, the various aftertreatment options and good chemical resistance. Milling technology
Qualified milling technology from Condor® Custom Solutions is available to all branches – medical products are our specialty. Orders are handled reliably and punctually and, leading to work results featuring maximum precision, quality and perfection. In the face of continuously increasing customer requirements, milling technology has developed into a high-tech field of application with varying possibilities for utilization. Wire eroding technology
delivers precision down to the micro-detail Condor® Custom Solutions with our range of wire eroding services. Wire eroding, also known as wire cutting, has always been one of our core competences. Every single workpiece convinces with excellent quality, which is based on the comprehensive know-how of our team as well as the given possibilities.
