Servicedienstleistungen, Kundendienst
Maintenance, repair, and filter cleaning: Whether for routine maintenance or in an emergency, one of our technicians will be there whenever your system requires repairs or service. And if all else fails, we have a loaner unit ready for you. Our service also includes on-site filter testing and cleaning in our specially designed washing system. The system is very simple: We remove the dirty filters and install clean ones.

Utilizing exhaust air heat with air handling units: These high-quality systems capture the contaminated air directly at the machine and route it through a pipe system to the integrated filter systems. Here, the air is separated from smoke, oil, and emulsion mist and then conveyed outside via a supply and exhaust ventilation system. The heat recovery from the filtered air is controllable: Warm air can be exhausted to the outside in summer and recirculated into the hall in winter, significantly reducing heating costs. Another advantage: optimal air exchange in the workshop. As the filtered air is expelled to the outside, fresh outside air flows in.
Emulsionsnebelabscheider
Drilling, turning, milling, grinding: Metalworking processes generate oil mist, fumes, and emulsion mist. The use of cooling lubricants releases hazardous aerosols into the environment. There are many compelling reasons to invest in high-quality extraction systems, as emulsion mist degrades indoor air quality and contaminates production areas by coating workbenches, walls, and floors with a fine layer of oil. This creates a slip and fall hazard! Furthermore, it can cause serious skin and respiratory illnesses. We offer high-quality extraction systems that remove the majority of harmful emulsion mist.
Flammensperre FS1200
As part of the research project "Fire and Explosion Protection on Machine Tools," we developed the FS 1200 flame arrestor, which is now patented, certified, and commercially available. In the event of a fire in machine tools that use oil as a coolant, it prevents flames from propagating into the central extraction system. The flame arrestor is installed between the machine tool and the extraction system. It allows the extracted air to pass through unimpeded but reliably contains any flame or deflagration. No electronics or sensors are required, as no connection to the machine control system or electrical connection is necessary. electrostatic seperator
Electrostatic seperator separate all materials from the air that can be electrically charged. They are particularly efficient because several filter stages can be connected in series without a significant increase in differential pressure. They even deal with ultra-fine particles ˂ 0.001 mm. And even better: operation and maintenance are extremely inexpensive. The special thing about our electric filters: You will never have to buy new filter sets again if you have them cleaned and maintained regularly. This is not only more cost-effective, but also sustainable. We would be happy to clean the collector plates for you in our modern washing system.
Staubabscheider
Dust collectors are mechanical filters. They consist of a filter fabric through which a fan directs the contaminated, particle-laden exhaust air. The pollutant particles are deposited on the surface of the filter fabric. The filtered air is then passed through the pores of the fabric. Over time, a so-called filter cake forms on the surface of the cartridge, which is regularly "blasted off" with bursts of compressed air and collected in easily emptied containers. These dust collectors require little maintenance and, thanks to their compact design, are particularly versatile and flexible in their application. So simple, so efficient. This type of air filtration and cleaning significantly extends the service life of the dust collector, while maintaining the same high suction performance even with reduced energy consumption. The advantage: permanently lower energy costs with the highest possible separation efficiency.
