The workpiece carrier system easymove... and the extension easymove...Automotive offer transport solutions that are precisely tailored to your production conditions. These are economical and can be implemented in the shortest time. Whether discharging for offline workstations, transport over several levels or complex links, the possibilities of the easymove... track modules guarantee maximum flexibility for your production planning.
easylane... The perfect workpiece carrier system
easylane... is the perfect workpiece carrier system when it comes to the reliable transport of small to medium-sized products. The extensive range, consisting of modular assemblies, offers the possibility of implementing complex system concepts in the shortest possible time. Despite the standardized modular system, we remain flexible in our planning. From the base frame to the perfectly adapted workpiece carrier, easylane... always offers you the right solution for your specific transport task. Length: max. 15,000 mm Usable width: max. 265 mm Conveyor weight: 20 kg per workpiece carrier Drive: Direct drive Speed: max. 15 m/min. From individual route planning to electrical and control systems to the design of the workpiece carriers, no wish remains unfulfilled. The extensive range of modular components offers the right solution for every transport task. If our modular system does not provide the right solution, a professional team of engineers is on hand to solve your specific transport task.
Belt Conveyors GF3 & GF8
The GF3 and GF8 belt conveyors have proven themselves thousands of times in the industry. Extremely flexible, individual and yet unbeatable in price-performance ratio. When you hear the word ‘conveyor belt’, feel free to continue thinking about batch sizes, cycle times and metres per minute. Because we have already given thorough consideration to efficient technologies, flexible and robust design, innovative construction and safety for your application. We are already thinking about tomorrow today – for noticeable added value in your production. Technical data Length: max. 20,000 mm Usable width: max. 2,700 mm Conveyor weight: max. 100 kg/m Drive: direct drive, head drive, centre drive, motor roller Speed: max. 100 m/min. The torsion-resistant, anodised aluminium profile frame forms the belt bridge and thus the basis of our GF3 & GF8 belt conveyors. Thanks to our modular system, various designs and materials are available for our belt conveyors. On request, we also manufacture our conveyor systems from stainless steel, for example for the food processing industry. Whether belt curves, horizontal, inclined or angled conveyors with negative or positive angles, or Z-conveyors with both angle variants – by choosing the optimal design, we guarantee the best possible conveyor route for your production. And all this can be realised in the shortest possible time thanks to our modular system!
Rotary & Linear Accumulation Tables
Storage systems increase efficiency and production capacity Storage systems are an integrative part in conveying technology. They enable the storage or buffering of components and thus separate clock-controlled processes from one another. As a result, your conveyor system becomes more flexible and fluctuations in material flow can be offset more effectively. Our storage systems cannot only be used at the beginning and end of a process, but can also be integrated within the process. We’d be happy to advise you on the optimal integration into your process.
