The name Arnskötter stands for a future-oriented, medium-sized company which deals with the construction of machines and special machines as well as mechanical processing. CNC technology
Arnskötter has been a competent and reliable partner in the fitting industry for over 20 years and its focus lies in the production of switch balls. The tightest manufacturing tolerances which are precise with no compromises guarantee absolute containment security. Machine construction

Drive engineering
We manufacture V-belt pulleys, Poly-V belt pulleys and special discs for drive engineering with the highest requirements and for solutions to individual problems. More about drive engineering
Flexibility
We will re-mark tools in the course of the processing on request for you and will provide them with a Technical Inspection Authority (TÜV) re-marking certificate. We are also able to work with special tools such as titanium and hastelloy. In terms of machines, we are able to process sizes from NW 20 to NW 300.
Quality
We take great care in ensuring that we provide you with sustainable quality in accordance with the guidelines of DIN EN ISO 9001. Permanent procedures of quality assurance accompany all work pieces from the first steps of processing to the shipment. The newest measurement systems are used for this. Products & services
shift balls
We manufacture drilled (conical, piggable) balls with a milled switching groove from different materials - also special materials - for example as switching balls for ball valves. Through our surface treatment, we achieve the tightest manufacturing tolerances in the µ range.
pivot balls
We live precision and machine different geometries from <Ø20 up to Ø1250mm. We manufacture individual parts or small series, also from special materials (Duplex, Titanium, Hastelloy, Alloy) We also manufacture shift shafts, ball seal sets, housings and housing parts as well as flanges according to your technical drawings.
CNC turning / milling parts
We manufacture shift balls and shafts, ball seal sets, housings and parts, flanges as well as gears/pulleys or drive shafts with our modern machinery from all (special) materials. We turn and mill from <Ø20mm to Ø1250mm and are geared towards individual parts and small series. Above all, the processing of special materials is part of everyday work. Feel free to ask us!
Valve industry
We machine all possible geometries (conical & piggable bores, journal balls) from >Ø20 to Ø1250 & achieve the narrowest manufacturing tolerances in the µ range through our surface treatment. We are proud of our well-known customers for whom we have been manufacturing (special) fittings from all kinds of (special) materials according to technical drawings for many years. In drive technology, we can keep you moving reliably. We reliably manufacture V-belts, Poly-V belts and special pulleys for individual solutions from various materials. We are a competent supplier for you and manufacture machine parts, individual and small parts as well as assemblies according to your samples or drawings and offer you the "extended workbench".
