ANTICIPATE GmbH develops AI-based software for visual quality inspection in industrial manufacturing. For the mechanical and plant engineering industry, the platform enables automated surface defect detection, assembly inspection, foreign object detection, and the verification of codes and markings.
Depending on the inspection task, hardware components (camera, lens, lighting, PC) and data workflows (trigger, AI model, inspection logic, machine signal) can be flexibly combined. In addition, validated inspection systems can be easily replicated and centrally managed within a single factory and across multiple production sites.
With its inspection software and training tool, ANTICIPATE provides an end-to-end software solution for setting up and operating AI-powered inspection systems. The company supports projects throughout the entire process, from requirements analysis and hardware selection to data acquisition, model training, installation, optimization, and deployment across additional inspection stations. On-premises operation, open interfaces, and system monitoring capabilities ensure reliable and sustainable use in industrial production environments.
