Laser cutting
Cost-effective and precise With our fiber lasers, we supply you with precise sheet metal blanks in freely configurable sizes and contours, ready for immediate assembly without any post-processing. This offers numerous advantages over other processes such as punching or shear cutting. Even smaller batch sizes can be produced cost-effectively.
Sheet Metal Bending
Bending is our passion... We process aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless steel sheets up to 4000 mm long. From simple angle bends to complex facade cladding, we can meet your specifications and special requirements.
Welding Work
Welding Services In our welding facilities, we handcraft custom aluminum, steel, and stainless steel structures. Our welders are certified in MIG, MAG, and TIG welding, as well as laser welding, ensuring the highest quality at every stage. We also offer contract manufacturing services according to customer specifications.
CNC Profile Machining
On our 5-axis bar profile machining centers and surface machining centers, we can process your profiles and sheet materials at short notice, before or after the coating process. Holes, milling, threaded holes, notches, and sections according to your specifications and requirements – we are equipped to meet every challenge. Maximum profile length: 9000 mm Maximum sheet size: 4430 x 2200 mm Of course, we also handle the storage of your raw profile and sheet stocks (consignment warehouse) and all inventory logistics.
Manufacture of assemblies
Full-service metal fabrication alutexx manufactures individual metal components and assembles or welds them into assemblies in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Available in coated, anodized, or galvanized finishes upon request.
